Installation

Remove the upper hull. See Sea Doo Spark Hull Removal Instructions.

Locate the fuel rail. Wrap a cloth underneath the fuel rail as some fuel will leak out. Use BRP tool 529 036 037. Insert the tool between the fuel line and fuel rail. DO NOT USE A SCREWDRIVER.

Unplug each injector clip. With a T30 remove the fuel rail screws.

Remove the fuel rail from the intake manifold. Apply dielectric grease on the billet fuel rail connector and tighten down with a -8an wrench.

Remove the injector clips and injectors. Apply dielectric grease on the upper O-rings when installing into the billet fuel rail. Reinstall injector clips.

Install the fuel rail and injectors into the intake. Torque screws to 80 in-lbs. Reinstall the fuel line. You will hear it snap into place. Make sure it is seated properly.
