Installation

Remove rear exhaust valance and remove factory muffler (it makes the job much easier!).

Remove the plastic cover between the two seats to access the engine/turbocharger.

Remove the OEM charge tubes by loosening the worm drive clamps that secure them to the factory turbocharger, intercooler and throttle body. You will need to cut the zip ties that hold the two smaller diameter hoses to the charge rear charge tube.

Install new EVP charge tubes in the same location using T bolt clamps on the intercooler and throttle body. Use the 250 clamps on both sides of the intercooler and the 262 on the throttle body. Use the 206 clamp on the turbo charger. Tighten all clamps.

At this time, it is a good idea to tighten the OEM clamps on both sides of the throttle body – these can pop off with higher boost.

Install the Auxiliary port block off into the small open port of the charge tube unless you are using this for a boost gauge port. Use the supplied 14.5mm pinch clamp to secure.

Install EVP billet Blow-Off Valve (BOV) block off if not installing the EVP Blow-Off Valve (BOV) at this time. Secure the block off with the worm drive clamp that came in the kit.

Use supplied zip ties to hold the smaller diameter hoses to the EVP charge tube. Reinstall exhaust and all covers.
