Installation

Remove the primary and secondary outer cover. Remove the drive belt. Loosen all (6) M6 primary clutch cover bolts with a 10mm socket. Only take (4) all the way out. NOTE: Apply pressure to the primary clutch cover when removing the last (2) bolts.

Remove the primary clutch bolt with a T-50 socket. Remove the clutch post with conical washer, limiter washer and O-ring.

Install the clutch puller with some grease on the threads, remove primary clutch.

With the clutch removed, remove the OEM weights using a 10mm socket and 1/8” Allen wrench. With the weights removed, blow out the clutch with compressed air.

Install the new weights into the clutch, already set up to your tune calibration.

Remove the OEM limiter washer (smaller washer) and install supplied limiter washer. Keep the conical washer and O-ring on the post.

Reinstall the post into the clutch.

Install the clutch into a compression tool, reinstall the spring and cover. Torque (6) screws to 100 in-lb (9 ft-lb).

Reinstall the primary clutch onto the vehicle. Torque the bolt to 96 ft-lb.

Remove the 10mm bolt holding the secondary on, remove washer and alignment washers.

Remove the outer sheave, place the inner sheave into the compression tool upside down so you can access the helix bolts. Remove the helix bolts with a 16mm socket.

Remove the spring cup, spring and replace the secondary with the supplied. Torque the (3) helix bolts to 44 ft-lb.

Reinstall the secondary clutch and torque to 26 ft-lb.
