Installation

Open the dump box and disconnect the shock by removing the coder pin and pin. This will allow a few more inches of space while installing the exhaust.

Loosen the clamp on heat shield with a flat blade screwdriver, you do not need to remove this clamp.

Loosen the exhaust clamp from the header pipe, joining the OEM muffler.

Loosen (2) bolts holding the OEM muffler in place. You will need a 13mm socket and open-end wrench. NOTE: on the drivers side you will see a rubber gromet and aluminum bushing, keep this for installation.

Once everything is loose, remove the OEM muffler.

Place the new supplied exhaust clamp onto the new EVP magnum exhaust before installing. (Figure 1).

Install the Magnum muffler into the car, push the magnum into the header pipe until the (2) securing bolt holes line up. (Figure 2).

Install the (2) 13mm head socket bolts securing the Magnum back into position. Keep them hand tight for now.

Install the flame arrestor into the Magnum exhaust. (Figure 3).

Install the exhaust gasket. NOTE: Make sure the indent goes on the flame arrestor side. (See figure 4) Gasket Indent.

Grab the Magnum tip and (3) supplied bolts and mount the tip onto the Magnum. Hand tighten the nuts on the back side. (Figure 5).

Once everything is together, go back through and tighten everything from the heat shield, exhaust clamp, (2) securing bolts on the Magnum, and (3) bolts securing the exhaust tip on.

Reconnect the shock to the rear cargo box.
