Installation

Remove the top deck, see “Hull Removal Instructions”.

VTS Models Only: Remove the 13mm bolt that connects the pump bucket to the VTS actuator.

Drill out the rivet on the OEM exhaust nut. Use a 1/8” drill bit.

Use supplied exhaust nut wrench and loosen the exhaust nut.

Loosen the worm drive holding the “J” tube onto the water box.

Remove the OEM muffler and “J” tube from the hull.

Install (1) supplied O-ring onto the exhaust plug. Install the exhaust plug into the hull from the jet pump location. The threads should be on the inside of the hull. Reuse the OEM plastic nut. Torque with supplied nut wrench. Drill a .191” (#11) hole into the nut and plug and install the 3/16” rivet.

Remove the BRP logo from the rear deck.

Loosely install the trim ring and measure down 1.45” from the top rib. Drill a piolet hole before using the 3.0” hole saw to ensure you’re in the correct location.

Install the exhaust outlet as shown.

Install the squirter exhaust tube from the waterbox to the exhaust outlet. Reuse the OEM worm drive clamp on the waterbox side. Use supplied worm drive on the exhaust outlet side.The EVP logo will be closest to the waterbox.
