Installation

Remove the left rear shock. (See service manual Chapter 14- Page 18).

Remove (10) clutch cover bolts and gasket.

Install the (3) M10-1.25 hex bolts into the OEM secondary. Remove the drive belt.

With a 19mm socket and impact driver, remove the secondary clutch bolt. NOTE: BOLT IS REVERSE THREAD. RIGHT HAND ORIENTATION TO LOOSEN.

The OEM secondary comes packed full of grease. It is recommended to remove the grease from the shaft and clutch housing.

Install the TAPP secondary onto the shaft, make sure it is fully installed.

Install the supplied TAPP secondary washer and bolt. Torque to 100 ft-lb. THIS IS A LEFT-HANDED THREAD. COUNTERCLOCKWISE TO TIGHTEN.
