Installation

Use a flat blade screwdriver to remove the center steering wheel Cover.

Use a 24mm socket and ratchet to remove the steering wheel nut.

Install the steering wheel puller that is appropriate for your steering wheel and remove the wheel.

Clean the steering shaft splines and install the splined couple on the steering shaft so the letters face the driver.

Install the coupler nut so the machined surface faces the splined coupler and torque to 66 Ft Lbs. (Polaris) and 44Ft Lbs. (Can Am).

Pull up on the black collar, align the splines with from the quick release hub with the splined coupler. Release the collar and make sure the hub has clicked into position.

– Center the steering wheel over the hub, install the 6 10-32 screws and torque to 30 In Lbs.
