Installation

If you are running the OEM airbox, loosen the fresh air intake duct located on the top of the airbox and remove. On the back side of the airbox, loosen the turbocharger intake tube.

Loosen the worm drive clamp on the valve cover breather tube. Loosen the worm drive on the intake tube located on the turbocharger. Remove the tube.

If you are running the EVP HFI, loosen the T-bolt clamp on the turbocharger with an 11mm socket. Remove the intake tube from turbocharger. It may be necessary to remove the vacuum line for the rising rate system.

Loosen the worm drive on the valve cover breather hose. You can pull the intake tube out. You do NOT need to remove the upper part of the intake tube.

Remove the valve cover breather hose from either OEM or EVP HFI intake tube.

Use supplied 3/4" plug and 27mm pinch clamp to block the valve cover breather port on the intake tube. Valve Cover Boost Breather Port Recirculation Valve Port.

Install the supplied catch can hose, use supplied 20-32 worm drive to fasten onto the valve cover.

Install the mounting bracket to the catch can. Use (2) M8 x16mm socket cap screws.

Install the pre filter and filter onto the catch can. See how the clamp with mount onto the car. No need to install the clamp yet.

Install the catch can on the frame rail underneath the driver side rear fender. There is 3- 4” area you can slide and mount the catch can. Use supplied M8x16mm screws.

Route the silicone hose up to the catch can. Use supplied 20-32 worm drive.

Route the valve cover hose behind the HFI tube or above the OEM airbox.

Remove the wire harness mounting screw, using an 8mm socket. Install supplied 1- 1/2” Adelle clamp around the valve cover hose and reinstall the 8mm screw.

Install the 1/4" fuel hose to the 90-degree fitting located on the catch can. Fasten with a 13.3mm pinch clamp.

With a 10mm socket, remove the top screw on the bracket. Install the 5/8” Adelle clamp and re install. Slide the 1/4" fuel hose through the Adelle clamp.

Install a few zip ties holding the 1/4" fuel hose to the inner fender.
