Materials Polaris MG1 ECU Removed from vehicle (required).
The ECU must have an Evolution Powersports Unlock to flash with Codeshooter (check for EVP sticker). The below image has no EVP stickers so it would require an unlock.
Polaris MG1 Bench Flash Harness.
Ensure the tags on the harness are correct SKU (702FP0087).
Provided 12V wall power supply with Barrel Jack.
(Use this exact power supply to prevent electrical damage).

Setup Connect to the ECU header as shown below. Ensure the latch is open and the connector is fully pressed on and covering the tabs. The Polaris connection is on the RIGHT header.
Close the latch once the connector is fully pressed onto the ECU header.
Connect the provided 12V barrel connector to the harness as shown.
Connect the Codeshooter to the harness as shown.
Ensure the Codeshooter LED turns on and settles on either white or green.
Flash ECU The Codeshooter can now flash the ECU using the Codeshooter app on your mobile device. Please see our tuning instructions for further information on Codeshooter flashing.

Disconnect To remove power First disconnect the 12V barrel jack power supply.
The Codeshooter and ECU can be removed in any order after.
