Installation

Remove (4) T30 bolts on the back of the bed and take out the bed.

Remove heat shield over the turbo.

Use a side cutter, cut the clamps holding the crank case vent and the recirculating valve tube into the intake tube.

Using an 11mm deep-well socket loosen the clamps holding the intake boot to the air box and at the turbo.

Unplug the map sensor and remove the intake tube.

Using the T30 remove the map sensor.

Put a small amount of di-electric grease on the O-ring in the map sensor and install it in the new intake tube. Use the M6 bolt to secure it.

Install the 90-degree elbows into the intake tube. For a better fit cut about 1” lower than the bend in the factory hose. NOTE: If you are using a blow-off valve and/or a catch can you will NOT use the 90-degree elbows.

Install the intake tube using the OEM clamps and tighten them down and plug in the map sensor.

Reinstall the heat shield and the bed.
