Installation

With the vehicle cold, remove the mid pipe and muffler by removing (2) exhaust springs and (1) 13mm head bolt.

Remove the muffler and mid pipe together.

Both spark arrestors are interchangeable, the larger one is quieter. With a M4 Allen you can remove the tip and arrestor screw.

Install the muffler to the new mid pipe. Install supplied (2) springs holding the muffler to mid pipe.

Install the new exhaust as one whole piece. Slip the new mid pipe all the way into the header pipe. Loosely install the muffler support hardware.

Once the exhaust springs are attached, tighten the muffler to the frame. NOTE: Wipe down the entire exhaust system with brake cleaner before start up!
