Installation

Remove intercooler.

Remove charge tube from turbo to intercooler.

Remove the crank case vent line and fitting from the v-flow intake.

Install the Y fitting into the v-flow intake. NOTE: Only if you do NOT have a catch-can already installed on the car. If you have a catch can installed use the 3/4"-3/4” straight. (See figure 1).

Route the crank case vent line over the long charge tube and connect it to the v-flow. (Figure 2).

If you do NOT have a catch can installed and used the “Y” fitting, connect the crank case vent and Boost Recirculating Valve to the “Y” Fitting.

(See figure 2). Connect the 3”x1” hose to the BRV. Connect the 1”-3/4” adaptor to the 1” hose. Connect the 23” x 3/4" hose to the adaptor. The other end is already connected to the V Flow.

Connect the short side of the BRV into the charge tube. Tighten down with a 32-20mm worm drive.

Reinstall the intercooler, connect both charge tubes to the intercooler, reconnect the fan harness to the intercooler. Tighten down.
