Installation

Remove passenger seat.

Remove center tunnel top cover and passenger side cover.

Remove a blank switch knockout. (Figure 1).

Drill a 3/16” hole in the battery compartment for the relay.

Mount the relay with the supplied 10-32 hardware. (Figure 2).

Feed the wiring harness through the blank switch hole and down Figure 1.

Feed the wires from the fan underneath the engine cover through the back of the firewall to the battery compartment.

Clip the wires into the relay accordingly to the wiring diagram below. Figure 2.

Replace the 20A fuse with supplied 30A fuse.

Replace all panels and seat. NOTE: The switch will power the fan regaurdless of ignition position.
