Installation

Use the T-30 Torx and remove the bolts holding the rear valance on.

Remove spring holding the muffler and the cat pipe together.

Using the 13mm wrench and 13mm socket remove the 4 bolts holding the muffler on and remove it.

Remove the exhaust vent on the clutch box to help have room to get to the plenum.

Remove the charge tube from the throttle body.

Unplug the Map sensor.

Disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail.

Using the T-30 or 8mm remove the fuel rail from the plenum.

Using the T-30 or 8mm remove the 8 bolts holding the plenum onto the car.

Install the 3 O-rings on the runners of the torrent-C plenum, use di electric grease on the O-rings to get them seated correctly in the groove.

Install Stock throttle body onto the new plenum, make sure the plug is facing towards the engine and using the M6 x 1 x 45 bolts to fasten it on. NOTE: If installing a large throttle body remove the stock throttle body reducer, O-ring, and (4) M6 bolts. Fasten the Large throttle body directly to the plenum, reuse the large throttle body O-ring and provided M6 x 1 x 50 bolts.

Install either stock/large throttle body O-ring using di-electric grease.

Install the map sensor and use di electric on the O-ring use the m6x1x16 and fasten it on.

Install the new plenum, using the provided 8 bolts.

Torque the bolts to the correct specs. (80 in/lb).

Install injectors and fuel rail into the plenum, using the provided bolts and connect the fuel line.

Plug in map sensor, using map sensor adaptor harness.

Plug in throttle body, using throttle body adaptor harness.

Connect new silicone charge tubes. Intercooler to throttle body and intercooler to turbocharger.

Connect the blow off valve to the open port in the charge tube going from intercooler to turbocharger.

Reinstall the clutch vent tube.

Reinstall the exhaust.

Reinstall the rear valance.
