Installation

Remove the crankcase hose from the crankcase block and V-flow.

Remove the dipstick screw, dipstick and tube.

Remove (4) screws holding the OEM crankcase block to the engine block.

Remove the OEM gasket (orange), install onto the TPR crankcase block.

Install the TPR crankcase block onto the engine, use supplied (4) hardware and torque to 10 ft-lb.

Installing the catch can to the car is slightly different between the XP Turbo/S and Pro XP/Turbo R. The XP Turbo catch can will mount around the frame and firewall fastened with hose clamps while the Pro XP/Turbo R catch can will mount directly to the firewall.

Remove the OEM valve cover cap and install the TPR billet valve cover breather cap. This cap will spin 360-degrees and will fit OEM and TPR valve covers. Install a -10an 45-degree or 120-degree fitting onto the valve cover breather cap. Install the other -10an 45-degree fitting to the catch can. Install the 5/8” hose to both barbs. You may need to cut length off the hose for proper fitment.

For the XP Turbo/S oil return install the -16an 90-degree fitting on the catch can and install the -16an 45-degree fitting to the crankcase block. For the Pro XP/Turbo R oil return install the -16an 45-degree fitting to the catch can and install the -16an 90-degree fitting to the crankcase block.
